If you would like RCPD staff to respond to land concerns regarding one of the RCPD's properties (Gorman Nature Center, Richland B&O Bike Trail, Fleming Falls, Hartman Woods, Hemlock Falls, Tugend Road Prairie), please email Jordan Tackett, Operations Director at jtackett@richlandcountyoh.gov or call him at (419) 884-3764 ext. 5. Issues that may be reported include but are not limited to: downed or leaning trees, trail wash-outs, erosion, infrastructure damage, and vandalism.

Please include the following in your communication:

  • Your name
  • The date your concern was discovered
  • The property your concern is located at
  • Describe your concern with clear, concise detail
  • Attach a photo of your concern
  • Provide any other information which staff could use to address your concern
